Marc Henderson, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director
Mr. Marc Henderson has more than 20 years of experience as Chief Executive Officer at public junior mining companies. Mr. Henderson is Past President of Aquiline Resources Inc., which was developing the world-class Navidad silver project in Argentina and was acquired by Pan American Silver in January 2010. He is also Past President of MineFinders (1987 to 1994), responsible for acquiring the Delores property (Mexico), which is now in production and contains in excess of 2.0 million ounces of gold and 160 million ounces of silver. Mr. Henderson is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and he holds an economics degree from the University of Colorado.

Peter Mullens, Vice President of Exploration & Director
Mr. Peter Mullens has a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Geology, from Monash University in Australia, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He has worked in the industry for more than 20 years in a number of different roles. His experience includes six years as a Mine geologist for Rio Tinto and Mt Isa Mines at Broken Hill and Mt Isa in Australia. In addition, his career has brought him to Asia and several South and Central American countries. Mr. Mullens was District Manager Argentina, and then for all of Central America for Mt Isa from 1994 to 1997. He followed this with a six-month consultancy in China. Mr. Mullens spent five years as an independent consultant geologist based out of Lima, Peru, before returning to Australia.

Greg Ferron, Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations
Mr. Greg Ferron has more than 10 years of capital markets experience as well as advising public mining companies. Prior to Laramide, Mr. Ferron held various positions at the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. His last position at the Exchange was heading the global business development for the mining sector. Prior to that, Mr. Ferron was a Senior Account Manager and Financial Analyst at Scotiabank. Mr. Ferron holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Mr. Ferron is also Vice President of Treasury Metals Inc., a gold exploration and development stage company.

Dennis Gibson, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dennis Gibson has been the Chief Financial Officer at Laramide since 2006. Mr. Gibson is also the current Chief Financial Officer of Javelina Resources Limited and of Treasury Metals Incorporated. Mr. Gibson has held various senior financial positions for the past thirty years. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of Aquiline Resources Incorporated (2006-2009), which was acquired by Pan American Silver Corp. Mr. Gibson, a Certified General Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.

Chris Irwin, Corporate Secretary

Mr. Chris Irwin is the president of Irwin Professional Corporation. Between 2004 and 2006 he was associated with Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, prior to which he was associated initially with Boyle & Company and subsequently with Power Budd LLP. Presently Mr. Irwin is a Director and/or Officer of several public companies. Mr. Irwin received his Bachelor of Arts from Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec in 1990 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1994. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1996.
